Programme Heritage

Heritage restoration

Protecting the living connections between people, place, culture and history.

Restoration of our heritage

Heritage as a living foundation.

GETC aims to restore and protect Black heritage that has been lost or weakened in modern society.

The organisation describes four connected categories: heritage, culture, tradition and customs. Together, these include heritage sites and natural resources such as trees, herbs, rivers and mountains, as well as ancestral connections and history.
