A stronger future,
rooted in heritage.

GETC is a South African organisation established in 2013 by Royal Chiefs (Ubukhosi) and Traditional Leaders. Our aim is to promote traditional values, heritage, customs, cleansing rituals and culture. We are committed to addressing unemployment, poverty and community challenges by creating opportunities for education, practical skills development, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment and sustainable community development. We believe that empowered people build stronger communities. Through our programmes and partnerships, GETC works to preserve our heritage and culture, develop skills, create economic opportunities and support communities towards self-sustainability. Together, we can create a better future for current and future generations.

Our foundation

Our heritage lives in how we remember, gather and move forward.

For GETC, heritage is not only about the past. It is a living foundation for identity, belonging and development.
